Volvo Highlights Safety Tech in ‘Moments’ Ad Campaign
Discover how the safety technology inside the Volvo XC60 can eliminate the moments you never want to experience
At Volvo Cars Silver Spring, we are always eager to see what Volvo is going to roll out next. Queue the new ad campaign, "Moments." Produced by Forsman & Bodenfors, a Swedish ad agency, the commercial is striking both in its story and in its cinematography.
The spot opens with a young girl whose mother is encouraging her before the first day of school. As she leaves her home to walk to school, the video flashes to a distracted young woman on her way to work. The video cuts between the two characters whose paths will soon cross.
The commercial highlights the Volvo XC60 and the manufacturer’s vision of an accident- and fatality-free future. Volvo has been committed to increasing safety standards in vehicles for years and will continue to do so going forward.
This film featuring the new XC60 highlights how important active safety systems have become and reflects Volvo’s leadership in this area. We launched our City Safety autonomous emergency braking system as standard equipment in all new Volvos back in 2008, starting with the first generation XC60. Today, these systems are finally becoming an industry standard.
